Kaimetric ("we," "us," "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of our users and the athletes whose data is managed through our platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and your rights regarding that information.
By using Kaimetric, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy. This policy should be read alongside our Terms of Service.

We do not use third party advertising trackers. We do not build advertising profiles from your data or Athlete Data.

Your data belongs to you. Coaches and gym owners retain full ownership of all Athlete Data and content they enter into Kaimetric. We act as a data processor on your behalf.

Kaimetric is designed for use by adult coaches and trainers, not by children directly. However, we understand that the nature of sports performance coaching means that Athlete Data about minors (individuals under the age of 13, or under the age of 16 in certain jurisdictions) will be stored on the platform.
As the Account Holder, you are responsible for compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and any other applicable laws regarding minors' data. This includes:
If we become aware that personal information about a child under 13 has been entered into the platform without verifiable parental consent, we will work with the Account Holder to resolve the situation, which may include deletion of that data.

We retain your data for as long as your account remains active and you maintain a valid subscription. Data is stored in our systems and backed up regularly to prevent loss.
When you cancel your account, your data will remain accessible for 30 days to allow you to export it. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted from our production systems. Backup copies may persist for up to 90 additional days before being purged in accordance with our backup rotation schedule.
You may request deletion of specific Athlete Data at any time through the platform interface. You may also request complete account and data deletion by contacting us at matt@wilmingtonstrength.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
You may export your Athlete Data at any time. Exported data is provided in standard formats (such as CSV) to ensure portability.
Kaimetric uses a minimal number of cookies and browser storage mechanisms, limited to what is necessary for the platform to function:
